My approach

I believe that at the root of much suffering is the desire to be seen and loved as is, to find acceptance of one’s own self and to feel safe in our world. I make safety and relationship a priority so that deeper work becomes possible. This process is about you and belongs to you. My role is to shine a light forward and walk beside you as you take this journey.
